New Potatoes purple onion olives bacon pimento mayo spicy mustard horseradish boiled eggs dill pickle relish garlic, paprika, salt and pepper to taste Boil potatoes.  Cook bacon and then sautee purple onion, olives, pimento, in a small amount of the bacon grease.  Combine these ingredients, add eggs.  Add Mustard, mayo and pickle relish.  This recipe is for a small or large group of people.  Amounts of ingredients will vary according to the size of the group.  Make it as spicy as you like.  One of the Dirty Dogs favorite recipes.    Rebecca Wren
